Health Law is a branch of medical law that deals with the existence and delivery of health services, the rights of patients and physicians, and the fundamental rights of the individual by emphasizing the awareness of responsibility in health personnel. It covers many areas such as health law, environmental health and food law, the legal structure of hospitals, health insurance, health expenditures, organization and management of the Ministry of Health.
